Dan is recognized as a successful entrepreneur, tactical leader, and a talented result oriented professional. In 2004 he opened Paladin Commercial Group. Before he started this company, he leaped into this collection industry in the late 80’s with a large firm, GC Services, out of Phoenix AZ.  He was one of the youngest ‘Top Gun’ collection managers in the company.  He is credited with establishing the collection relationship with the Municipal Courts system that still exists today.

In ’96, Dan gained greater experience when he joined the predominant commercial industry leader, Milliken & Michaels.  He quickly was promoted to Director of Sales.  He became an expert at developing and implementing credit and collection policies for his clients.  M&M was eventually acquired by a large conglomerate, NCO.  Dan maintained his Director of Sales status with them for several years, however, he believed the lessons and expertise he developed would be better served opening Paladin Commercial Group, Inc.

Dan is an avid sports enthusiast which derives from being a college recruit in football.  He is also an outdoorsman, enjoying the peace of the mountains in his back yard in Colorado.  Golf is a passion that has yet to be mastered, but not for a lack of trying.  He is also a man of faith, and his Christianity is woven in the fabric of his company.
