Founded in 2004 by Dan Duncan and Craig Reed, Paladin Commercial Group
was created with one sole purpose: to outperform all other firms in debt
recovery results. Having over 40+ years of collection experience at the
time of the inception of PCG, These two professionals, dedicated the entire
first year of their business to create a foundation of successful sales and
collection platforms. They patiently isolated specific collection processes
and techniques, identified servicing and educational criteria for clients,
and acquired the proper licenses, bonds, and insurance to operate nationally.
Due to the early perfection of their efforts PCG is exceptionally capable to
operate nationally and internationally at a level that makes us
‘Best in Class’ over our competition.
A wise man should have money in his head, but not in his heart.
Dan Duncan - President
Dan started in the collection industry in the late 80’s with a large firm, G.C. Services, out of Phoenix, AZ. His rapid success led to being one of the youngest ‘Top Gun’ collection managers in the company. He is credited with establishing the relationship with the Municipal Courts system that still exists to this day.
In ’96, Dan gained greater experience when he joined the predominant commercial industry leader, Milliken & Michaels. He quickly was promoted a Director of Sales. He became an expert at developing and implementing credit and collection policies for his clients. He provided vital input and education to improve the overall collection recovery cycle. M&M was eventually acquired by a large conglomerate NCO. Even though Dan maintained his Director of Sales status with them for several years, both he and Craig believed they had learned from their employers what was effective and more importantly what was not effective and took this vast knowledge into the new industry leader, Paladin Commercial Group.
CRAIG REED – VICE PRESIDENT – RETIRED
Prior to joining PCG, Craig was the owner of a successful construction company in Phoenix, AZ. From 1986 to 1994 he was employed as a collection manager for GC Services. He was employed by NCO from 1994 to 2005 and became one of their top producers in their Client Sales and Service Division. After ten years, he moved on to PCG. His responsibilities included growth initiatives, driving strategy development and implementation, client management, client operations, and sales support.
